AI Disclosure
Version 1.0 — April 2026
Operator: Eyal Lapid, Israel — legal@dxcore.dev
Current State: No AI in Production
As of this version, DxCore does not use any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) in any of its features.
This document exists to be transparent about what we do and do not do today, and what we plan to introduce in the future.
What We Use Instead
SmartPlugin Scheduler
DxCore includes a SmartPlugin scheduler that suggests optimal task parallelism configurations. This feature uses statistical aggregation — specifically averages and percentiles computed over historical run data. This is deterministic computation, not AI or machine learning. No model is trained; no inference is performed.
Data Usage Commitment
DxCore does not and will not use your data to train AI models — neither our own models nor those of any third-party provider — without your explicit, informed consent. This is an unconditional commitment.
Planned AI Features
We are evaluating the following AI-assisted capabilities for future releases:
- Log analysis: Automatic summarization and error extraction from build logs.
- Anomaly detection: Flagging unusual run durations or failure patterns.
- Run optimization: Suggestions for improving pipeline efficiency based on historical patterns.
None of these features are currently active.
Potential AI Providers
When AI features are introduced, DxCore may integrate with one or more of the following providers:
- Anthropic (Claude models)
- OpenAI (GPT models)
- Google (Gemini / Vertex AI)
Provider selection will depend on capability, data processing agreements, and privacy compliance at the time of implementation.
Commitments When AI Features Are Activated
Before any AI feature is enabled, we commit to the following:
- Update this document first: This AI Disclosure will be revised before the feature is deployed.
- Email notification: All registered users will receive an email explaining what data is used and for what purpose, before the feature goes live.
- Anonymized data only: Only anonymized run metadata (timings, exit codes, task counts) will be sent to AI providers. Source code, secrets, environment variables, and personally identifiable information (PII) will never be transmitted.
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): We will have signed DPAs in place with every AI provider before any data is sent.
- Training opt-out confirmed: We will confirm with each provider that our data is excluded from training their models.
- Opt-in / opt-out mechanism: Users will have a clear mechanism to opt in or opt out of AI-assisted features.
- Israel Amendment 13 compliance: We will comply with Israeli Privacy Protection Law Amendment 13 requirements for AI governance, including documentation of automated decision-making processes where applicable.
