AI Disclosure
Version 1.1 — June 2026
Operator: Eyal Lapid, Israel — legal@dxcore.dev
Current State
DxCore does not currently use artificial intelligence or machine learning features in the hosted service. No AI providers are currently active for DxCore. DxCore does not transmit user data to AI providers.
DxCore does not use Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models, whether operated by us or by a third party.
Deterministic Scheduling
The SmartPlugin scheduler may use historical task timing, exit code, and run metadata to suggest task parallelism and scheduling. This is deterministic statistical processing, not AI model training or model inference.
Automated Decisions
DxCore does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users. Current scheduling and dashboard features support CI/CD operations and do not approve, deny, rank, or profile people for legal, employment, credit, insurance, or similar outcomes.
Planned or Conditional AI Features
DxCore may evaluate AI-assisted features in the future, such as log summarization, anomaly detection, or pipeline optimization suggestions. These features are not currently active.
Before any AI provider receives DxCore user data, we will update this disclosure and related privacy and sub-processor documents. We will also confirm provider terms, Data Processing Agreements, transfer safeguards, and training restrictions before activation.
